Our specialists create presentations from a blank file or a brief, applying your brand colors, fonts, and logo using PowerPoint's Slide Master and theme settings. Every layout is set up so future slides inherit the correct formatting automatically. The result is a deck that looks intentional, not cobbled together.
If you have a deck with inconsistent fonts, broken alignment, or slides copied from five different sources, we go in and normalize everything. We use PowerPoint's Format Painter, alignment guides, and Slide Master overrides to bring the file into a consistent state. You get back a clean, editable file, not a PDF workaround.
We build reusable template files with pre-set layouts, placeholder text boxes, and locked background elements so your team cannot accidentally break the design. Slide layouts are configured inside the Slide Master view with named layout variants for titles, data slides, section dividers, and closing slides. We save the file as a .potx template and document how to use each layout.
We take raw numbers from Excel, Google Sheets, or exported CSVs and build linked charts, tables, and SmartArt inside PowerPoint that are formatted for an executive audience. Where live data links are useful, we set up OLE-linked Excel charts so the slide updates when the source file changes. Where they are not, we embed clean static visuals with consistent label formatting.
If your team has accumulated dozens of decks across SharePoint, OneDrive, or local folders with no clear naming convention or version control, we audit the library and propose an organizational structure. We rename files, consolidate duplicate decks, and tag or folder-sort by client, date, or use case. We document the filing system so your team can maintain it going forward.
We handle conversions from Google Slides to PowerPoint (and back), including fixing layout breaks and font substitutions that happen during export. We also export finalized decks to PDF with the correct slide range, speaker notes options, and compression settings for email or print. If you are moving from Keynote to PowerPoint, we manage the conversion and reformat slides that did not transfer cleanly.

If your needs shift, such as moving from one-time deck builds to ongoing monthly report updates, we adjust the plan without restarting the onboarding process.
